Role Description The Inside Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Las Vegas, NV. This role is responsible for leading and coaching an inside sales team, setting daily and weekly sales targets, and monitoring performance metrics. The Inside Sales Manager oversees lead generation activities, manages customer accounts, and ensures high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and follow-up. The role includes developing sales strategies, coordinating with other departments to support client needs, and maintaining accurate sales records and reports. The Inside Sales Manager is also expected to participate in hiring, training, and ongoing development of sales team members. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Inside Sales and Sales skills, including experience meeting or exceeding revenue targets. Candidates should possess skills in Customer Satisfaction and Account Management to maintain long-term, positive client relationships. Candidates should possess Lead Generation skills, including experience with prospecting, pipeline management, and conversion strategies. Candidates should possess leadership and team management abilities, with experience coaching and developing sales professionals. Candidates should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Candidates should possess strong organizational and analytical skills, with proficiency in CRM systems and basic office software. Prior experience in merchant services, financial services, or a related B2B environment is beneficial.
