What We Are Looking For Driven to climb the company ladder Possess a winning attitude High school diploma or equivalent (GED) Complete transactions using point of sale software and ensure all patient accounts are current and accurate Strong phone and computer skills At least one year of previous sales experience Participate in marketing/sales opportunities to help attract new patients into our clinics Be able to prioritize and perform multiple tasks Educate patients on wellness offerings and services Share personal chiropractic experience and stories Work cohesively with others in a fun and fast‑paced environment Strong customer‑service orientation and effective communication with members and patients Manage the flow of patients through the clinic in an organized manner Essential Responsibilities Provide excellent services to members and patients Gain memberships to meet sales goals Greet members and patients upon arrival; check them in for the chiropractor Answer phone calls Re‑engage inactive members Stay updated on membership options, packages and promotions Recognize and support team goals and maintain positive relationships with team members Maintain cleanliness of the clinic and organization of workspace Confidently present and sell memberships and visit packages Keep management apprised of member concerns and follow manager’s policies, procedures and direction Willingness to learn and grow Accept constructive criticism positively and use it as a learning tool Office management or marketing experience is a plus Ability to stand and/or sit for long periods of time Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Uphold The Joint Chiropractic’s core values of TRUST, INTEGRITY, EXCELLENCE, RESPECT and ACCOUNTABILITY #J-18808-Ljbffr The Joint Chiropractic
