Level 3 ICU Registered Nurse

Contract | 13 Weeks | Full-Time | Days | 3x12-Hour Shifts | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to adult and pediatric patients who are acutely ill with a wide variety of medical conditions and diseases
• Manage patient assignments within a 1:5–6 nurse-to-patient ratio in a 25-bed ICU setting
• Utilize Cerner EMR for accurate and timely documentation of patient care
• Administer and manage medications using the Pyxis automated dispensing system
• Adhere to all unit-specific safety protocols, including required masking at all times while in the ICU

Required Qualifications

• Active single-state Oklahoma RN license or valid Compact nursing license
• Minimum of 3 years of ICU nursing experience
• Pediatric ICU experience required
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications — must be American Heart Association (AHA) issued
• NIHSS certification required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience caring for a mixed adult and pediatric critically ill patient population
• Familiarity with Cerner EMR and Pyxis medication dispensing systems
