Responsibilities:

• Foster relationships with leaders, HR business partners, and other stakeholders to understand and best address questions that can be informed by analyses of our people data.
• Pull relevant data from our systems or other sources and ensure data accuracy.
• Formulate and run appropriate analyses to answer stakeholders’ key questions.
• Draw accurate conclusions from analyses, distill insights into deliverables, and communicate your findings to stakeholders.
• Design and administer surveys, consulting on the measurement of employee experiences and sentiments, and advising partners on the use of HR data.
• Wrangle new data sources into our database and work with the technical team to create insightful new dashboards.
• The proportion of the role focused on analyses or presenting will vary depending on the interests and skills of the candidate.

Education and Experience:
Experience with Excel, R/Python, SQL, PowerBI, or Tableau is desired.
BA/BS Degree w or BS degree with 6+ years of relevant experience or a master's degree with 4+ years of relevant experience in this space.
2+ years People Analytics experience is preferred.

The salary range for this position is: $157,590.00 - $203,940.00. Gilead considers a variety of factors when determining base compensation, including experience, qualifications, and geographic location. These considerations mean actual compensation will vary. This position may also be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, discretionary stock-based long-term incentives (eligibility may vary based on role), paid time off, and a benefits package.
