Location: Remote

Position Overview: The Customer Marketing Manager will partner with National Accounts On Premise Sales Directors to identify, develop, and execute customer engagement and growth through promotional programming. Focus on most critical accounts across on-premise channels (dining, lodging, transportation, entertainment, etc.), ensuring alignment with Palm Bay's overarching brand strategies and commercial goals. The role will partner with Strategic Accounts Off Premise Sales Directors to identify, develop, and execute customer marketing solutions including programs and selling material. They will also focus on top regional chains, ensuring alignment with Palm Bay's overarching brand strategies and commercial goals. This dynamic role serves as a central point of collaboration across Palm Bay Sales, Brand Marketing, Business Intelligence, Finance, Creative Services, and Distributor Partners.

Responsibilities/Essential Functions:

• Develop and execute compelling insight driven programs and activations that align with brand and customer strategies, driving consumer engagement and high ROI.
• Identify and activate custom promotional materials that engage consumers and shoppers, measuring effectiveness through sales data and customer feedback.
• Partner with Business Intelligence to provide PBI chain sales teams and distributor sales teams with the tools and resources to drive the business.
• Customer facing selling role developing customized, powerful sales material and presentations, serving as the subject matter expert of Palm Bay brands and marketing programs.
• Consulted internally on national innovation and account specialty items to ensure successful launch and execution.
• Assist in planning and logistics for wine tastings, events, and activations.
• Liaison between brand and PBI chain sales teams to ensure constant flow of information.
• Measure and evaluate programming initiatives to inform program optimizations and spend efficiency.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 5+ years of experience in sales or commercial marketing
• Beverage Alcohol experience including understanding of the on and off-premise channels and their unique dynamics
• Ability to develop strong cross-functional relationships, while navigating and resolving interdepartmental challenges
• Experience with syndicated data analysis
• Adept at managing multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment
• Enjoys working collaboratively, yet comfortable operating in ambiguity
• Creative, strategic thinker with ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Skilled presenter
• Self-motivated with a sense of urgency
• Anticipated travel up to 25%
