Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Laborer to support our pipeline construction projects. This is a hands-on role that involves working in outdoor environments, operating equipment, and assisting the team with various tasks. The ideal candidate is a motivated, safety-oriented individual with a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in pipeline construction activities, including site preparation, trenching, and installation.
• Operate hand tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload materials, supplies, and tools at job sites.
• Perform general maintenance of construction equipment and vehicles.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and adhere to all safety guidelines and company policies.
• Maintain a clean and organized worksite.
• Participate in safety meetings and contribute to a safe working environment.
• Be prepared to work in varying weather conditions and environments.
• Travel will be required with this position. 
• If Applicable, drive a company-owned vehicle to locations of work.
  • Pulling a non-CDL trailer or transporting others on your crew

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in construction or related field is preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy materials (80 - 100 lbs.) for extended periods.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude.
• Basic understanding of pipeline construction safety protocols.
• A clean drug test
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to job sites.
• If Applicable, a clean MVR and the passing of a driving test
