Respiratory Therapy Supervisor

Respiratory Therapy Supervisor Responsibilities Lead daily respiratory care operations across facilities. Supervise respiratory therapists, coordinate staffing and assignments. Ensure delivery of high-quality, evidence-based respiratory care for diverse patients. Oversee equipment management and staff training to maintain compliance with hospital and regulatory standards. Collaborate with physicians and nursing teams to support patient care. Mentor staff, support quality improvement initiatives, and promote a culture of excellence, compassion, and patient safety. Foster professional growth within the team. Qualifications & Skills Strong leadership and team management abilities. Knowledge of respiratory care protocols, equipment, and regulatory requirements.
