Member Services Representative (Part-Time or Full-Time)

Maui Teachers Federal Credit Union is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team in a Member Services role. We are open to both part-time and full-time candidates , depending on experience, availability, and overall fit.

This is a great opportunity for someone who values a stable, professional work environment and enjoys working with members in a community-focused setting.

Part-Time hours - 12:00 - 4:30
Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist members in a professional and friendly manner
Process transactions and member requests accurately
Maintain strict confidentiality of member information
Follow established procedures with attention to detail
Support daily operations and team needs

We are a small team, and this role is important to our daily operations. We are looking for someone who is:

- Dependable and consistent
- Detail-oriented and accurate
- Respectful of confidentiality
- Comfortable interacting with members
- Willing to learn and support the team
