Operations Coordinator

Sentara Health is looking for an Operations Coordinator at Sentara Princess Anne Hospital. This position supports Sentara's Nursing Admin at Sentara Princess Anne Hospital.

This position requires great ease with excel, report building, pulling reports and collating data. They also will interact with a wide variety or team members from staff member to executive so personality and professionalism is crucial.

Education

-High School Diploma Required

Experience Experience in an operations position preferred Exceptional skills in Microsoft Office platforms, especially Word and Excel

Key Responsibilities

• Create tailored reports and emails
• Create agendas and associated minutes for meetings
• Arrange room bookings, catering as needed
• Order supplies and equipment for daily operations and through yearly purchasing exercises
• May include managing calendars, organizing meetings and appointments
• Participation in projects and division events
• Flexible and agile and willing to take on additional duties as necessary
• Complete payroll duties daily and biweekly timecard submissions
• May need to flex hours as necessary
