Position Responsibilities

• Partner with department leadership to provide consultation, guidance, and education regarding policies, procedures, programs, and departmental initiatives.
• Assist with the planning, coordination, implementation, and ongoing monitoring of departmental projects and operational programs.
• Develop, analyze, and maintain reports to support departmental operations and strategic decision-making.
• Create professional presentations, dashboards, and project materials for leadership meetings and special initiatives.
• Collect, organize, and interpret data from various business systems and databases.
• Monitor program outcomes and assist with identifying opportunities for process improvement.
• Support compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with leaders and staff across multiple departments to ensure effective communication and project execution.
• Prepare summaries, recommendations, and operational reports for leadership review.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare operations, administration, project coordination, business analysis, or a related role.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Experience creating reports, presentations, and data-driven recommendations.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with databases, reporting tools, healthcare systems, or workforce management platforms is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare staffing, hospital operations, workforce management, or healthcare administration.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
• Experience supporting executive leadership or department directors.
