Sales & Marketing Leadership Development Associate

CSX

CSX is seeking a Sales & Marketing – Leadership Development Associate (LDA) to interact with customers, address shipment questions, and advocate for customers within the organization. The program is an 18-month developmental track designed to expose associates to CSX operations, leadership, and business functions. Participants will gain experience across customer service, field operations, and strategic initiatives as they prepare for elevated leadership roles. #J-18808-Ljbffr
