Semiconductor Machine Operator

Pay: $20.00/$23.00hour

Schedule: Full-Time | Compressed Work Week (3-4 days/week)

Shifts Available:

• Day Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
• Night Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

We're hiring Semiconductor Machine Operators to support advanced manufacturing operations in a cleanroom environment. If you have machine operating experience and enjoy working with technology, this is a great opportunity to join a growing industry with long-term career potential.

• Operate automated production equipment and robotic systems
• Load materials and monitor manufacturing processes
• Perform basic equipment checks and troubleshooting
• Follow quality, safety, and cleanroom procedures
• Complete production documentation accurately
• Meet production goals while maintaining attention to detail

• At least 1 year of machine operating experience in manufacturing
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to follow work instructions
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Comfortable working 12-hour shifts
• Basic computer skills preferred
• Cleanroom experience is a plus

• Stand and walk for up to 12 hours per shift
• Lift up to 25 lbs occasionally
• Work in a cleanroom environment while wearing PPE

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Colorado Springs, CO.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $23.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
