Software Development Manager, AWS Clean Rooms

Salary: $184,200 - 184,200 per year Requirements:

• We look for 3+ years of engineering team management experience.
• We require 7+ years of direct experience working within engineering teams.
• We seek 3+ years of experience designing or architecting new and existing systems, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
• We expect 8+ years of experience leading the definition and development of multi-tier web services.
• We need strong knowledge of engineering practices and patterns across the full software, hardware, and network development lifecycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, certification, and live site operations.
• We require experience partnering with product or program management teams.
• Preferred: experience communicating with users, other technical teams, and senior leadership to gather requirements, explain software features, technical designs, and product strategy.
• Preferred: experience recruiting, hiring, mentoring, coaching, and managing Software Engineers to strengthen their skills and effectiveness.
