Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Systems Engineering Analyst Product Management to bridge business, product, and technology teams. The ideal candidate started their career as a Systems or Software Engineer and transitioned into Product Ownership/Product Management .

This role will focus on analyzing complex business processes, customer journeys, technology ecosystems, systems, integrations, and data flows, while translating business needs into clear, actionable, and implementation-ready technical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Analyze end-to-end business processes, customer journeys, workflows, and technology ecosystems.
• Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, risks, and opportunities for automation and optimization.
• Facilitate discovery sessions, process reviews, and stakeholder workshops.
• Perform current-state/future-state and business/system capability gap analyses.
• Identify missing requirements, business rules, dependencies, constraints, risks, exceptions, and edge cases.
• Partner with Business Product Owners to translate business needs into system, data, and reporting requirements .
• Develop and maintain process documentation, use cases, requirements, specifications, and traceability.
• Apply systems engineering principles to analyze applications, APIs, databases, integrations, workflows, and data flows.
• Evaluate solutions for gaps, dependencies, impacts, scalability, security, availability, and supportability.
• Partner with architects and engineering teams to define scalable and maintainable solutions.
• Document system interactions, integrations, data flows, business rules, and operational impacts.
• Evaluate solution alternatives based on business value, feasibility, risks, and technical constraints.
• Develop epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, requirements, and process flows to support delivery.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering , or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Technical Product Ownership, Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, Product Management, Systems Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Strong background translating business requirements into technical/system requirements, process flows, data flows, and solution specifications .
• Experience working directly with Business Product Owners and Engineering teams .
• Proven experience facilitating discovery, requirements elicitation, process analysis, and solution definition.
• Experience performing business process, capability, systems, and requirements gap analyses.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum, and SAFe .
• Excellent analytical, critical-thinking, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAFe, Scrum, CBAP, PMI-PBA, Product Management, Systems Engineering, or related certification.
• Experience in large-scale enterprise technology environments.
• Knowledge of enterprise business architecture and business capability modeling.
• Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP .
• Understanding of APIs, integrations, microservices, databases, and enterprise architecture .
• Experience creating process models, workflow diagrams, system interaction diagrams, and solution documentation.
• Familiarity with BPMN, UML, process engineering, and systems analysis methodologies .
• Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, ServiceNow , or similar tools.
• Experience supporting technology transformation, modernization, automation, or digital initiatives .

2. 7+ years of relevant experience across Product Management, Systems Engineering, Systems Analysis, or Technical Product Ownership.
3. Strong technical requirements, systems analysis, process flows, data flows, and solution specification experience.
4. Proven ability to work with Product Owners, Architects, and Engineering teams .
5. Strong Agile/Scrum/SAFe experience with excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills.
