Audio Visual Technician

Our client, a leading financial services firm, is seeking an experienced AV Support Specialist to join their IT team. This individual will provide white-glove audiovisual support for executive meetings, conference rooms, town halls, and high-profile corporate events while ensuring all AV technology operates seamlessly. Key Responsibilities Provide day‑to‑day support for conference room and meeting room AV technology. Set up, operate, and troubleshoot audiovisual equipment for executive meetings, board meetings, and company‑wide events. Support video conferencing platforms including Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Cisco Webex. Configure and maintain projectors, displays, microphones, speakers, cameras, and presentation equipment. Diagnose and resolve AV hardware, software, and connectivity issues in a timely manner. Partner with IT teams to support network‑connected AV devices and conference room technology. Perform preventative maintenance and upgrades on AV equipment. Deliver exceptional customer service while supporting executives and internal stakeholders. Maintain documentation, equipment inventory, and support tickets. Qualifications 3+ years of experience supporting corporate audiovisual environments. Experience with conferencing technologies including Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Webex. Hands‑on experience with AV technologies such as Crestron, Extron, Biamp, Shure, Poly, Logitech, or similar platforms. Strong troubleshooting skills across AV hardware, software, and conference room technology. Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide executive‑level support. Experience supporting corporate boardrooms, executive conference rooms, or large‑scale meetings is highly preferred. Basic understanding of networking and Windows desktop support is a plus.
