Compensation $120,000 - $250,000+ Responsibilities Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the Austin-Round Rock area, expanding our customer base and market reach. Collaborate with our production team to deliver seamless service and ensure customer satisfaction from start to finish. Conduct thorough assessments of client needs and provide tailored solutions that align with our high standards of quality and integrity. Utilize provided leads to efficiently manage your sales pipeline, focusing on closing deals and achieving sales targets. Represent Kingfisher Roofing at industry events and networking opportunities, enhancing our brand presence and reputation. Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge and provide informed recommendations to clients. Qualifications Proven track record in field sales or business development (experience in construction, roofing, or home services is a plus). You are self-motivated, goal-oriented, and thrive on exceeding targets. You bring exceptional communication, negotiation, and customer service skills. Strong moral character with a history of ethical, responsible behavior—integrity is non-negotiable. Comfortable with technology and able to quickly learn our CRM system. Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required. Must be organized and ready to be self-directed in your work. Preferred (but Not Required) Experience in roofing or construction. Knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and techniques. Familiarity with insurance claims and project planning.
