Coordinator, Contact Center Customer Service - PRC, Nutrition

Our client, a leading consumer products and nutrition organization, is seeking a Coordinator, Contact Center Customer Service to join their team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be part of the Consumer Engagement Services team supporting multiple nutrition-focused brands. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, empathy, and problem-solving abilities that will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title:  Coordinator, Contact Center Customer Service

Location:  Fremont, MI

Pay Rate: $16.68 per hour

What's the Job?

• Handle primarily phone-based consumer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and product-related questions.
• Provide exceptional customer service while delivering accurate product and nutrition information using approved resources.
• Process customer transactions, promotions, and service requests using CRM and company systems.
• Document consumer interactions accurately and follow established procedures, scripts, and escalation paths.
• Support consumer satisfaction by resolving issues efficiently and maintaining compliance with company and regulatory standards.

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Customer service, contact center, or call center experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Basic computer proficiency and the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
• Availability to work a full-time flexible 2nd shift schedule , with start times ranging between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM . Employees work 8-hour shifts, and schedules may include evenings and occasional weekends based on business needs.
