Salary Range: $58,000 - $85,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are partnering with organizations in Fremont that are seeking Production Leads. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production activities to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Lead and mentor a team of production operators, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality control standards.
• Monitor production schedules, raw material inventory, and finished goods to meet targets.
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and process deviations, coordinating with maintenance.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production processes.
• Prepare and present production reports, tracking key performance indicators.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing production, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrated knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proficient in interpreting production schedules, blueprints, and technical specifications.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision making.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Familiarity with automation and robotics in manufacturing
• CAD software proficiency
