Check out our facility and operations here: Primary Function Overview: The additive manufacturing technician role is focus on sinter-based metal 3D printing technologies. The Lab Technician will be primarily responsible operating the 3D printing and related process equipment, inspection of the printed parts and overall process quality assurance, and support of Research and Development activities. Azoth is seeking an ambitious individual eager to be a part of a growing team. The potential to take on roles in engineering, design, and production exist with time. • Load jobs into 3D printers and keep production equipment operational
• Perform maintenance of production equipment
• Clean printers and keep printers ready for production
• De-powder parts in the binder jetting process
• Operate quality control equipment to ensure parts are manufactured to specifications.
• Post process parts: Including, but not limited to, shot-blasting parts, polishing parts, de- powdering parts,

preparing parts for sintering, machining parts, using thread inserts, tapping parts, dyeing parts, and assembly components

• Manage part through final shipment to the customer
• Utilize slicing software to create program for 3D printed part
• Mix powders for printing process
• Operate auxiliary equipment that supports printing (Polishing, Bridgeport, blast cabinet)
• Unload and load compressed gas utilizing forklift outside
• Ensure shop and equipment cleanliness
• Collaborate with Product Applications and Process Engineers to leverage additive technology design
