Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs, focusing on mood disorders and relational dynamics. Develop personalized treatment plans based on thorough evaluations, individual goals, and evidence-based practices. Utilize therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to address complex emotional and behavioral issues. Educate clients and their families on treatment options, coping strategies, and self-care practices to foster resilience. Continuously monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes. Collaborate with psychiatrists and other mental health professionals to implement an integrated approach to care. Stay abreast of emerging research in mental health treatment to refine and enhance therapeutic strategies. Maintain thorough and confidential documentation compliant with legal and ethical standards. Participate actively in team meetings, case consultations, and ongoing professional development opportunities. Patient Population / Client Focus Your primary focus will be on clients experiencing relational difficulties, including those undergoing divorce or seeking relationship counseling. You will work closely with individuals and families, empowering them to navigate their struggles through targeted interventions that enhance communication, understanding, and emotional health. Qualifications A current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is mandatory. A Master's or Doctorate degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are required to build trusting therapeutic relationships. Demonstrated empathy and a nonjudgmental attitude towards diverse client backgrounds. Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively handle a caseload in a remote environment. Preferred Experience Experience with various therapeutic modalities, especially those focused on family and relationship dynamics. Knowledge or specialization in mood disorders and their impact on familial relationships. Previous experience in integrated care settings is a plus. Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
