If you're the kind of leader who gets energized by building systems, driving accountability, and helping mission-driven organizations reach their full potential, this one's worth a close look.Financial Operations & ReportingOversee billing, revenue cycle, payroll, cash flow, and financial reportingEnsure billing is properly submitted, followed up on, and collected in a timely mannerAnalyze Medicaid, managed care, and insurance reimbursement structuresSupport audits, CFR reporting, compliance, and strategic growth initiativesPlanning & Performance ManagementBuild forecasting, budgeting, break-even, and projection modelsDevelop KPIs across all departments and programsTrack profitability, productivity, census growth, staffing ratios, reimbursement trends, and collectionsCreate accountability and performance measurement systemsSystems & StrategyImplement modern financial systems, dashboards, and reporting toolsConduct weekly strategy meetings with department headsOversee grants budgeting, tracking, reporting, and complianceQualificationsExperience in healthcare or nonprofit organizations preferredStrong understanding of KPIs, forecasting, operational finance, grants, and reimbursement modelsExperience implementing financial and operational software systemsHands-on leadership style with strong communication and organizational skillsFamiliarity with OMH, OASAS, CFTSS, HCBS, or fee-for-service models a plusCPA and/or MBA preferred but not required for the right candidateInterested?
