Job Description Four Tribes is seeking a Construction Quality Control Manager with a minimum of 3 years of QC experience on federal government construction projects with civil engineering backgrounds. The role requires hands‑on, self‑motivated work and responsibility for proper quality control throughout the project lifecycle. Qualifications & Responsibilities Willingness to travel USACE QCM certification Ability to follow company standards United States Citizenship and ability to pass a Government Security Check Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational skills Aptitude to build strong relations with customers Proficiency in prioritizing and deadline management Ability to plan, prepare, and analyze documents Ability to write submittals, RFIs, and work plans Monitor all materials to ensure items match submittals and be prepared to reject Inspect onsite activities of subcontractors and vendors Have a complete understanding of scope of work, plans, and specs Provide the three (3) phases of quality control Provide daily QC reports to owner and FTDH personnel 3+ years USACE or NAVFAC QC Manager experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
