The BSA Hospitalist Group includes 35 board-certified/board-eligible physicians and 8 advanced practice providers managing a daily census of approximately 230‑240 patients. About the Role Our nocturnist team provides overnight admissions, ICU and floor cross‑coverage, and NP supervision with dedicated support from intensivists and the evening split‑shift team. Schedule: 9 PM - 7 AM (10‑hour shift) | 7-on / 7-off Team: 2 physicians + 1 NP each night Primary Duties: Admissions from ER & direct admits, NP supervision, ICU and floor coverage ICU: Semi‑open model with 24/7 medical and surgical intensivist coverage; hospitalists may manage selected ICU patients in coordination Procedures: Optional - central line and airway skills encouraged but not required; vascular access team handles most lines; RT, ICU, and Anesthesia available for airway support Smart Technology: See more patients without extending your day.
