About the Role:

The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure a high-quality dining experience for all guests. Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in restaurant management or a similar supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards and health regulations.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, control costs, and analyze financial data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in food safety or hospitality management.
• Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems and restaurant management software.
• Demonstrated success in staff development and team leadership.
• Background in customer service excellence and conflict resolution.
• Familiarity with marketing and promotional strategies in the food service industry.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations including front-of-house and back-of-house activities.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and manage restaurant staff to ensure efficient and courteous service.
• Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage vendor relationships to maintain cost control.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations and company policies.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve profitability.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including budgets, sales, and labor costs.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for both customers and employees.
