What You'll Do : Oversee and design individualized treatment plans that work in real life, not just on paper Provide direct supervision and mentorship to a team of RBTs Work with families to set meaningful goals, measure progress, and celebrate wins Ensure ethical, compassionate care aligned with best practices in ABA Collaborate with a clinical team that values your insight, voice, and vision What We're Looking For: BCBA certification ( required , of course!)
