This role is responsible for building partnerships with architects and designers, providing product expertise, and managing projects through the sales cycle to secure and close opportunities. The Architectural Sales Representative serves as a trusted resource to customers, ensuring a high-quality experience from initial engagement through project completion.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain relationships with residential and commercial architects and designersPresent product solutions through demonstrations and AIA-accredited presentationsDrive proprietary specifications to secure project opportunitiesManage project pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and communication throughout the sales cyclePartner with internal teams to support project execution and customer satisfactionIdentify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and industry engagementMaintain accurate CRM data and track sales activityMeet or exceed established sales goalsQualifications:2+ years of sales or customer-facing experienceStrong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and meet deadlinesDetail-oriented with strong organizational skillsAbility to learn technical products and construction-related conceptsCRM experience preferredConstruction or building products experience is a plusCompensation & Benefits:First-year total earnings of $75,000 – $90,000 with long-term earning potential of $120,000+Commission and bonus opportunitiesCompany vehicle, expense allowance, and cell phone reimbursementComprehensive benefits package including 401(k) with match, health, dental, vision, and paid time offWork Environment:On-site role in Grand Rapids Township, MITravel required to meet with clients and support projects
