\n About the Role \n \nIn this position, you’ll work directly with individuals and families, taking the time to understand their needs, priorities, and goals while helping connect them with solutions that make sense for their unique situation.

\n• Provide guidance and clarity around available solutions
\n• Deliver a high level of client care and professionalism
