We're looking for a Sales Engineer to serve as a technical partner to our customers and internal teams. You'll help bring Ethena's product to life for customers and prospects, connecting the technology to the strategic outcomes they want to drive, and you'll be a product and enablement resource for our commercial team. This is an early role on a growing Sales Engineering team, reporting to the Sales Engineering manager, with clear room to take on more as you ramp.

We save companies thousands of hours a year with innovative ways to deliver compliance training, deliver 93% learner-loved content, and meet compliance needs without creating administrative overhead. In a world where every tool is expected to do more with less, Ethena delivers for admins, employees, and leadership teams alike.

Partner with AEs and CSMs during the sales cycle to understand customer needs, demo Ethena's platform, and help build proposals that address customer pain points.

Help maintain and refine the Ethena demo environment so it reflects our latest AI features, use cases, and real-world client setups.

Build custom walkthroughs, prototypes, and tailored demos for deals, such as custom content builds, course-editing demonstrations, and integrations.

Translate product, content, and AI feature specs into customer-ready language, both in live calls and in sales assets.

Build a deep understanding of our solutions and field technical and implementation questions on topics such as data security, HRIS integrations, and customization, escalating the most complex to your manager.

Draft responses for RFPs, pilots, and security reviews

Collect real-time feedback from prospects and relay it back to Product and Engineering.

Create and maintain sales-ready assets such as talk tracks, decks, video tutorials and Looms, and objection handling.

Enable AEs and CSMs on new product updates, features and functionality.

Some experience in a Sales Engineering, Sales, Implementation, or technical customer-facing role at a SaaS company

Ability to tell a clear story with a technical product, especially on calls with HR, IT, Security, and Legal stakeholders.

Exposure to the discovery and technical demo stages of a sales cycle.

An ownership mindset: you'll grow into being a go-to resource on demos, pre-sales technical support, and product fluency.

Credibility with sales reps and the comfort to work closely with leadership.

Bias toward clarity, fast execution, and iteration over polish.

Familiarity with, or the ability to quickly learn, AI-powered tools, APIs, and enterprise integrations (LMS, HRIS, SSO, etc.).

A self-starter who takes ownership with a "roll up your sleeves" mentality, is comfortable with ambiguity, and proactively surfaces problems and solutions. You'll have a manager invested in your growth and ready to coach, and we're looking for someone eager to learn and grow into the role.

Ethena is a remote-first organization and is currently hiring candidates based in the United States.
