We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide exceptional care to our residents in Hastings, Pennsylvania.
About the Role:
As a CNA at Haida Nursing and Rehab, you will play a vital role in our healthcare team, ensuring the comfort, dignity, and well-being of our residents. Your responsibilities will include:
Providing direct patient care, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), vital signs, and medication administration
Assisting with feeding, bathing, dressing, and grooming residents
Supporting residents with mobility and transferring needs
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and reports
Participating in resident care conferences and assisting with care planning
Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic care
