Customer Service Associate II

Position Customer Service Associate II Responsibilities Assist daily operations of the assigned store, from merchandising to supporting customers. Receive merchandise, unload trucks, and process freight safely, meeting productivity standards. Merchandize and stock as needed. Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including bathrooms, floors, and trash disposal. Provide a positive, safe, and respectful environment while interacting professionally with customers, associates, and leaders. Manage sales transactions and operate the cash register. Maintain security of cash and protect company assets. Perform additional duties as assigned. Skills and High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment highly preferred. Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents; required. Capacity to lift between 30 and 50 lbs from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting. Excellent customer service and relationship management skills. Strong organizational and communication skills. Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills. High level of integrity.
