Senior Property Accountant

S+H Search is recruiting for a Senior Property Accountant job opportunity in Dallas, Texas. This position is a great fit for a candidate with at least 5+ years of commercial real estate accounting experience. This role is a prominent position within the organization and will be responsible for a high level portfolio of properties. Summary: The Senior Property Accountant is responsible for preparing and analyzing monthly financial statements for multiple real estate properties, ensuring accuracy in accordance with GAAP. The duties include: Posting journal entries and performing accruals. Reconcile balance sheet and bank accounts. Perform variance analysis . Support budgeting, audits, and special projects. Work closely with other departments to ensure complete and timely financial reporting. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting Candidates should have at least fives years of property accounting experience, preferably in commercial real estate #J-18808-Ljbffr S+H Search
