- Provide exceptional customer service by phone, email, and other communication channels
- Answer customer questions and resolve concerns professionally
- Build strong relationships with customers and maintain a positive customer experience
- Process customer information accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to achieve customer satisfaction goals
- Identify opportunities to support business growth and customer retention
- Greet customers and provide a welcoming, professional experience
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with questions and requests
- Coordinate customer needs and connect them with the appropriate team members
- Support order processing, quote entry, and customer follow-up
- Monitor open orders and communicate updates to ensure customer satisfaction
- Partner with internal departments to ensure accurate and timely service
- Assist with administrative and operational tasks as needed
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
- Help create a positive, organized, and customer-focused environment
- Monday-Friday schedule and occasional Saturdays
- Flexible work hours between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM
- Friendly, team-oriented environment
