• Greeting and assisting visitors, employees, and tenants professionally.
• Checking ID's, registering visitors, issuing badges, and enforcing access

policies. * Monitoring lobby activity, watching for suspicious behavior, and maintaining a visible security presence. * Responding calmly to incidents, alarms, emergencies, and evacuation situations

• Keeping logs, reports, and visitor records accurate and up to date.
• Coordinating with security teams, building management and other staff as

The Concierge Officer position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by remaining visible, actively monitoring the premises, and maintaining access control. They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for a client site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area. Frequently our Concierge Officers will provide customer service and information to a client’s employees and customers.
