Job Position: Assistant Store Manager - Ice Cream Shop

Location: Hilton Head Island, SC 29928

Salary Rang: $45k to $50k a year

Shift: 1:30pm to 10:30pm or 2:30pm to 11:30pm

What You'll Do:
Support daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
Lead, motivate, and coach team members to provide outstanding customer experiences
Assist with hiring, training, scheduling, and team development
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and presentation
Help manage inventory, product ordering, and store organization
Handle customer concerns professionally and positively
Step into leadership responsibilities in the Store Manager's absence
Learn all aspects of business operations with the goal of advancing into a Store Manager role

What We're Looking For:
Previous retail, restaurant, hospitality, or food service leadership experience preferred
Strong communication and customer service skills
Positive attitude with a team-first mentality
Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, organized, and motivated to grow professionally
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
