Clinical Study Manager (AI Training) What if your clinical trial expertise could directly shape how AI understands and reasons about healthcare research? We're looking for experienced Clinical Study Managers to bring real-world operational knowledge to cutting-edge AI projects — helping ensure that the models influencing the future of medicine are grounded in accurate, high-quality clinical insight. This is a fully remote, flexible contract role built for seasoned clinical operations professionals who want to contribute to something bigger than any single trial. Organization: Alignerr Type: Hourly Contract Location: Remote Commitment: 10–40 hours/week What You'll Do Manage clinical trial timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure projects stay on track and meet quality standards Oversee study budgets, financial forecasting, and cost tracking across multiple vendors and research partners Coordinate with CROs, investigative sites, and internal teams to ensure smooth end-to-end study execution Identify operational risks, resolve issues proactively, and keep all stakeholders aligned throughout the trial lifecycle Apply your clinical expertise to evaluate and improve AI-generated content related to clinical research and trial operations Who You Are Experienced in clinical trial project management, with a strong command of budgets, timelines, and regulatory standards Skilled at managing CROs, external vendors, and research partners across complex, multi-site studies Able to coordinate multiple workstreams simultaneously without losing focus on quality or delivery Detail-oriented and systematic — you catch what others miss and know how to document it clearly Self-directed and reliable when working independently in a remote, asynchronous environment Nice to Have Prior experience with data annotation, data quality review, or evaluation systems Familiarity with AI tools or clinical data platforms Background in regulatory affairs, pharmacovigilance, or clinical data management Experience working across therapeutic areas or global multi-regional trials Why Join Us Work on cutting-edge AI projects alongside leading research labs and AI teams Fully remote and flexible — work when and where it suits you Freelance autonomy with the structure of meaningful, expertise-driven work Gain firsthand exposure to how advanced AI models are trained using real-world clinical data Contribute to work that sits at the intersection of clinical research and the future of healthcare AI Potential for ongoing work and contract extension as new projects launch #J-18808-Ljbffr Alignerr
