Medical Surgical Nurse

Provides comprehensive nursing care to adult patients in a medical-surgical setting. Collaborates with healthcare teams to ensure quality patient outcomes and promotes patient education and safety.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and efficiently.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes in clinical status.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care.
• Document patient information accurately in electronic health records.
• Educate patients and families on post-discharge care and health management.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active and unrestricted Registered Nurse license.
• Possess minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a medical-surgical unit.
• Demonstrate strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Maintain current CPR and ACLS certifications.
• Show compliance with healthcare regulatory standards.
