About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and hands-on Compounder / Batch Maker to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for preparing juice blends by following formulas and process instructions, operating and sanitizing production equipment, handling raw materials, and maintaining accurate production records.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare juice blends by accurately following formulas and process sheets.
• Set up, operate, and sanitize equipment including pumps, tanks, hoses, and related production equipment.
• Use barcode scanners and computerized systems during the batch-making process.
• Take product samples and add ingredients/materials according to established formulas.
• Record production information accurately on formulas and process sheets.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary blending area while following GMP, HACCP, and safety standards.
• Monitor and maintain inventory of bulk raw materials.
• Assist with loading and unloading tankers and transferring materials between storage and blending tanks.
• Properly connect hoses and pumps to bulk tankers when transferring product.
• Use equipment such as scales, beakers, and bulk-tank sight tubes to measure and monitor materials.
• Operate a forklift frequently throughout the shift.
• Learn and operate additional production equipment as assigned.
• Work safely and efficiently while maintaining quality and production standards.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
• Support a positive, respectful, and team-oriented work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 1 year of hands-on work experience in a production, manufacturing, food/beverage, blending, processing, warehouse, or similar environment.
• Ability to read and write English and perform basic math and measurement calculations.
• Comfortable using measuring devices such as scales, beakers, and sight tubes.
• Experience working with or connecting hoses, pumps, tanks, or similar equipment is preferred.
• Ability to follow detailed formulas, written instructions, process sheets, and computerized/scanner instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to perform tasks requiring judgment and precision with minimal supervision.
• Ability to safely operate a forklift or willingness/ability to meet the requirements for forklift operation.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs. frequently.
• Comfortable working in a wet, noisy, and fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to report to other company facilities when business needs require it, sometimes with same-day notice.
• Reliable attendance and a strong commitment to workplace safety.
