Step Into a Precision-Driven RoleTekPro partners with a highly respected aerospace manufacturer to add a CNC Lathe Machinist to the 2nd shift team (3:00 - 1:30AM). You’ll join a clean, well-organized, and stable environment where steady hours, consistent overtime, regular raises, and strong leadership support your growth.A Day in Your ShiftYou clock in and review your job packet. A new aerospace turning job is queued up. You set up a 2–4 axis CNC lathe (Haas, Okuma, Doosan, or DMG Mori Seiki), call up the program on Fanuc or comparable controls, dial in tools, and make offsets for a first-article run. With blueprints and GD&T in hand, you verify every critical dimension using micrometers, calipers, and gauges. You document results, adjust minor program details as needed, and keep production moving with tight-tolerance accuracy.
