Our highly trained clinical providers utilize evidence-based therapies such as CBT, DBT, ACT, RO/DBT, and IFS. Role Description This is a part-time or full-time therapist position that will facilitate individual sessions and group therapy sessions in our PHP and IOP programs for teens and adults. Must be able to work one evening a week from 5 pm to 8 pm. Responsibilities include conducting therapy using evidence-based treatments, coordinating with other providers, and documenting patient progress. Qualifications Experience with evidence-based therapies such as CBT, DBT, ACT, RO/DBT, and IFS EMDR trained is a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans Experience working with eating disorders, anxiety, depression, and self-esteem issues Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field Licensed or license-eligible in the state of Virginia Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care Job Details Seniority level: Entry level Employment type: Full-time Job function: Other Industry: Mental Health Care #J-18808-Ljbffr Prosperity Eating Disorders and Wellness Center
