• Day 7am - 7pm, swing 12pm - 12am, night cross cover 7pm - 7am
• Team census averages 285 daily -- 243 AM census with 40 admits/day
• Hospitalist position -- no procedures required
• Closed ICU setting
• ACLS certification required
