Project Coordinator

The Project Coordinator supports the daily activities of the Business Unit to ensure the successful implementation of projects and initiatives. Working under the guidance of the Business Unit Director, this role involves project planning, coordination, documentation, communication, and providing general support to project teams. The position offers opportunities for professional growth and learning within the organization. Responsibilities:

• Maintain project documentation including meeting minutes, progress reports, and timelines.
• Ensure timely reporting of project milestones to stakeholders.
• Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure follow-up actions are completed.
• Monitor project deliverables to meet quality standards and assist in quality reviews.
• Assist in resource allocation and tracking across teams and departments.
• Conduct research and contribute to data analysis to support decision-making.
• Assist in development and management of content for business intranet sites.
• Provide ad hoc support including preparing presentations, organizing events, managing documentation, calendars, and travel requests.

• Bachelor's degree.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs including Excel, Power BI, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple deadlines and maintain documentation.
• Attention to detail in documenting and tracking project information.
• Problem-solving skills to analyze situations and recommend solutions.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
• Basic analytical and quantitative aptitude to support data analysis and decision-making.
• Research skills to gather and analyze relevant information for project activities.

• Experience with project coordination or management roles.
• Familiarity with business unit operations and cross-functional team collaboration.
• Advanced skills in data visualization tools such as Power BI.
• Experience in content management for intranet or internal communication platforms.

• Position may require handling confidential and sensitive business information.
• Must demonstrate discretion and respect for privacy policies.

• Hybrid work arrangement based in White Plains, NY.
• 12-month contract duration.
