Expected pay for this position is $25.35 - $29.82/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity. This is an Hourly position.OverviewThe Psychometrician administers intelligence, cognitive, aptitude, personality, and other psychological tests according to standardized test instructions to obtain data for use by psychologist in determining patient diagnoses and developing treatment plans.QualificationsRequired qualifications:Bachelor's degree in psychology or related fieldAt least 1 year of experience working with patients in a mental health or healthcare setting, ideally with psychological or psychometric testing, demonstrating knowledge of the principles of normal and abnormal human behavior, basic statistics, growth and development, and ability to attend to emotional and psychosocial needs.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented.Preferred qualifications:Experience working with pediatric patients in a behavioral health, mental health or healthcare setting.OSF HealthCare is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
