Senior Accounting Associate

Providing essential accounting support for a portfolio of retail properties, the full-time remote Senior Accounting Associate II will manage financial reporting, cash management, and accounting operations to ensure the financial health of clients. Key responsibilities Prepare monthly financial reports, journal entries, financial statements, and bank reconciliations according to client standards Oversee accounts receivable and accounts payable processes, ensuring timely posting and accurate coding Support annual budget preparation and conduct year-end reconciliations for various property-related expenses Required qualifications Bachelor's degree (B.S. or B.A.) in Accounting or a related field 2-4 years of accounting experience, preferably in property management Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly strong Excel skills Demonstrated ability to prepare financial statements and reconciliations Understanding of accounts receivable and accounts payable processes
