The ideal candidate will have progressed through roles such as Production Supervisor, Production Manager, Manufacturing Manager, or Operations Manager.Additional experience in at least one of the following areas is highly valued:QualityWarehouse/LogisticsLean Manufacturing / Continuous ImprovementQualificationsKey Requirements:5–7 years of cross-functional leadership experience in a manufacturing settingDemonstrated success managing teams of 80+ employeesExperience leading multi-shift operations, preferably in facilities with 120+ employeesIndustry Focus:Candidates should have experience in heavy industrial or metal-based manufacturing, such as:BearingsGearsTransmissionsCompact construction equipmentAutomotiveNote: Backgrounds primarily in plastics, ceramics, or non-metal manufacturing are not preferred.Compensation:Target salary range: $125,000 – $130,000Education:Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Business Administration requiredTakeuchi is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
