Key Responsibilities
- Oversee Full-Cycle Recruitment from initial intake through to the final offer acceptance.
- Be a Trusted Client Partner, intimately understanding their hiring challenges, pain points, and corporate culture.
- Strategically Source Candidates utilizing our innovative CRM/ATS, complemented by your personal network and advanced communication tools.
- Utilize Our Platform to streamline candidate management, track outreach tactics, automate follow-ups, and maintain organization.
- Focus on Permanent Placement which delivers lasting value to clients while maximizing commissions for yourself.
- Contribute to Our Collective Knowledge as we nurture both our brand and your professional reputation.

Ideal Candidate Profile
