Performs duties under the direction of the Window Department Manager.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesLocates sources of problems using in-field observations, along with direction from builders and homeowners.Carries out warranty repairs and adjustments tied to the manufacturer's warranty.Work with their manager to ensure proper invoicing, manufacturer rebates, and job statuses are documented and executed.Provide outstanding customer service.Manage the window warranty area of the warehouse. Needs to control inventory in parts in the area.Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing technical publications, and establishing personal networks.Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.Other duties may be assignedSupervisory ResponsibilitiesThis position has no supervisory responsibilities.Minimum RequirementsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
