Marketing Territory Manager

Children’s Surgery Center is seeking a relationship driven and highly motivated Marketing Territory Manager to support the continued growth of our ambulatory surgery centers. This individual will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong referral relationships with dental offices, healthcare providers, and community partners throughout the assigned territory. The ideal candidate is outgoing, professional, organized, and comfortable working independently in a field based role. Candidates with physician liaison, healthcare marketing, or other B2B relationship management experience are strongly encouraged to apply. Due to the territory this role will support, candidates should reside within or near Montgomery County or Frederick County, Maryland. Responsibilities Relationship Development & Territory Growth Build and maintain strong relationships with referring dental offices, oral healthcare providers, and community partners Conduct routine in person visits to dental practices throughout the assigned territory Develop strategies to increase referral growth and strengthen existing partnerships Serve as a primary point of contact between referring offices and Children’s Surgery Center Identify opportunities to expand market presence and increase case volume Coordinate and execute outreach initiatives, office visits, lunches, educational events, and community engagement activities Represent the organization professionally at networking events and industry functions Deliver presentations and educational materials to referring offices and partners Maintain consistent communication with providers and office leadership regarding services, scheduling processes, and operational updates Territory Management Develop and maintain a structured territory plan and visitation schedule Track referral trends, office engagement activity, and relationship development efforts Provide leadership with regular updates regarding market conditions, referral activity, and growth opportunities Collaborate closely with operations, scheduling, and leadership teams to support overall organizational growth Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of healthcare marketing, physician liaison, business development, or B2B outside sales experience preferred Healthcare, dental, medical, or ambulatory surgery center experience strongly preferred Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills Excellent communication and presentation abilities Self motivated with the ability to work independently and manage territory activity effectively Professional demeanor and strong organizational skills Comfortable with frequent local travel throughout the assigned territory Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and reporting tools preferred Preferred Background Have experience working directly with physician or dental office referral relationships Have a strong understanding of healthcare operations or patient referral workflows Thrive in field based, relationship focused roles Enjoy networking and building long term partnerships Have prior liaison or healthcare outreach experience Location Requirements Candidates should reside within or near Montgomery County or Frederick County, Maryland due to the territory and offices this role will support.
