To further extract business from these partnerships, we are seeking qualified retail loan officers who want to help cultivate these relationships, build new ones, and work together to grow their business to the next level. Requirements:

• Minimum of three years of mortgage lending or retail mortgage banking experience
• Three or more new purchase loans per month
• Well-developed referral base, including realtors, past clients, financial planners, attorneys and/or accountants
• College degree or equivalent work or military experience
• Knowledge of real estate market in local area
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, FHLMC guidelines
• Favorable credit history and background check

Outside Sales Compensation

This position is 100% commission and those hired are eligible to earn monthly commissions that are based upon a percentage, 50-200 basis points (0.50%-2.00%), of funded loan volume. Total volume funded is based on individual production and performance. There is no cap on commissions.
