Your Tasks Methodology Governance Establish and oversee regional standards for Industrial Engineering and methodologies ensuring effective implementation and continuous improvement. Coordinate with the global Methods team on developing standards and effectively communicate those changes to the regional IE network. Capability Development Support in the development and delivery of training programs and knowledge-building initiatives. Define skill requirements and evaluate competencies across all Industrial Engineering functions in the region. Foster synergy and sustainability through the connected regional IE network. Develop regional network of key users for Industrial Engineering skills. Efficiency & KPI Management Collect and monitor KPIs that reflect the regional Industrial Engineering strategy and plant objectives Cross-Functional Coordination Provide guidance for key regional topics to ensure alignment and collaboration between Business Units, Central Functions and our regional plants.
