Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeSat06:00 AM - 06:00 PM Sun06:00 AM - 06:00 PM How This Role Works: Fixed-Shift Commitment ("Anchor Shifts"): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment. Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It’s all up to you. This role is ideal for candidates seeking part-time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build-up to a full‑time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed. Responsibilities: Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and employees by carrying out site-specific access‑control procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location. Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and delivery appointments, maintain visitor and driver logs, and control access to designated areas in accordance with site procedures. Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, loading areas, parking areas, and the business perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security‑related concerns. Document daily activities, incidents, and unusual observations through required reports and communication channels. Minimum Requirements: Possess supervisory experience. Possess at least 6 months of security‑related experience. Loss prevention experience is preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Be comfortable using a computer or tablet, preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
